Yes, we count in mixed types, but legends count only on legend section

I have a couple questions. Do I need to get Arceus because hes in all the other types to. Someone must have already got him. Also for evolution forms do I need both? For example Glalie evolves from Snorunt. Would I need to catch 2 snorunts and evolve one and keep the other at first form?

Ok well I know you havn't confirmed that I get ice yet but i have got all of them except for the legendarys. I can't catch them because I havn't beaten the Elite 4. WAIT A SECOND!!! Up there in the posts MM said legendarys go into legend section!!! OK well I don't have to get Regice or Arceus so I guess I'm done! Ice completed!!!
