I'm not to sure that we should be to worried about this, but i was on VDex, and they had an announcement about the COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)
Apparently it is illegal for children under 13 to give out personal information without parents permission...
A few websites have been fined because they let under 13's register...
If you don't believe me, google search it (I can't put in a link coz it keeps making the whole post invisable (its as if they dont want anyone to be able to go to the link so they can fine people))
I bought this up just in case this apply's to us... And if it does, what to do?
