y dont we hav in gym trainers?
like
gyms hav pokemon above lv 80
gym trainers above lv 50!

i whouldnt like it, you cant keep your pokemon on level 70. It will always level up after battle. And what if GymTrainer is tronger than GymLeader? Will you just say we can change leader anytime?
