Then Use Great ball Not Captured....Use Ultra Ball Not Captured.
(Just like back and fourth lol)-(You may able to catch Lugia Easily).

--Rare Pokemon in Pokewalker!!--
Materials:
4 Pokemons (Only Lvl 20-100)
1 Pokewalker (Only in Soul Silver Version)
1 NDS or NDSIXL (The greatest is NDSIXL)
Instructions:
Ok if youre in the menu Click ''Connect to Pokewalker''..
Then if youre in the menu of the pokewalker Recieve gift from a friend.
(If you dont have a friend less your pokemon into 3 pokemons).
Then if you have a gift.
Go to the game and put your 1 pokemon in the pokewalker.
You'll need is SoulDSI.
(To give you some rare pokemon in Soul Silver Version NO SCAM)
